Christopher Moore Senior Solicitor & Compliance Officer

Chris helped to set up Scooters and Bikes Legal in 2013 and oversees compliance as well as large loss claims including fatal accidents. Chris qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Outside of work he is a Norwich City season-ticket holder, and has a busy family life taking his children to their numerous and geographically diverse sporting events (in other words a glorified taxi driver). Chris enjoys travelling and walking his daft (and very retired) greyhound. Chris’ family refuse to play Scrabble with him as he always wins!

Philip Andrews Senior Solicitor

Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and immediately specialised in serious injury litigation. He was a local managing partner of a national law firm for many years, heading up regional offices in Newcastle upon Tyne and Manchester. He later co-partnered a small law firm in Manchester before relocating to East Anglia and joining Scooters & Bikes Legal in 2017.

Philip specialises in cases of maximum severity - claims involving including traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), amputations, and fatal accidents. He has represented seriously injured clients in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court and routinely handles claims valued in £millions.

Outside work, Philip is either holidaying in Greece, dining at Greek restaurants, reading books about Greece, or learning Greek – you get the picture.

Daryl Peace Solicitor

Daryl studied law at university before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2005 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2008.

Daryl has a broad range of experience in civil litigation and many years’ experience in the broad spectrum of personal injury and clinical negligence litigation.

Daryl joined the firm in 2017 and deals with serious injuries and high value and/or complex claims. Since joining, Daryl has successfully acted for many claimants who have had serious, often life-changing, injuries at times when they are at their most vulnerable, guiding them through the complexities of the litigation process and securing those clients interim payments, access to rehabilitation and maximum final settlement payments.

Outside of work, Daryl enjoys spending time with his young children, playing guitar, football, and (making excuses for not) going to the gym.

Sean Darney Senior Legal Advisor

Sean has worked in Personal injury for nearly 20 years, almost solely dealing with Road Traffic Collisions. In his career Sean has worked for both Claimant’s and Defendants, dealing with complex injuries, credit hire and fraud. Sean joined Scooters and Bikes Legal in 2018 from a large Multi-National law firm , where he acted for various insurers defending personal injury and credit hire claims, before returning to his passion representing victims of Road Traffic Collisions. Sean handles very complex orthopaedic injuries, and has experience in dealing with amputations, head injury, complex pain management issues and complex psychiatric disorders. He regularly deals with claims with a value exceeding £250,000+ and has achieved awards of £1million+. His approach is cantered around the client’s needs, in seeking appropriate rehabilitation and engagement with the parties involved to ensure the best outcome.

Outside of work Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, watching live music and is a keen runner. He is even keener at talking about running to whoever will listen”

Caroline Francis Serious Injury Paralegal

Caroline joined Scooters and Bikes Legal in 2015 and has in excess of 14 years experience of handling personal injury claims specialising in Road Traffic collisions. Caroline has extensive knowledge of handling Fast Track claims with a value up to £25,000 and specialised in claims handled on the Ministry of Justice portal. In July 2023 Caroline took on a new role within the serious injury team as a Paralegal. Outside of work Caroline enjoys yoga.
